David is a seasoned technology leader with 20+ years of architecting, solutioning, and consulting experiences in the IT industry. He is currently leading the Cloud Enterprise Architecture practice at Synapxe, a Singapore HealthTech agency, spearheading the development of architectural patterns, standards, and guidelines for Singapore’s Healthcare Commercial Cloud and emerging technologies, such as Quantum-Safe Computing. His expertise lies on cloud computing where he has earned more than 30 professional certifications on AWS, Azure and GCP. He conducts technical solution reviews on various healthcare IT projects and acts as a technical specialist member of MOH’s Healthcare Informatics Technology panel, defining HealthTech cloud security policy. Prior to Synapxe, he worked for NCS, Avanade, and Microsoft. David is also an inspiring educator who passionate on mentoring and grooming next-generation young talents. He has been teaching software architecture class at NUS-ISS as an adjunct lecturer. Being an avid learner himself, he always loves to keep himself up to date with the latest technology trends, such as Generative Al, LLM, MLOps, etc.
